It is amazing that peoples gas can be shut off in the winter months in Chicago, yet it happens every day. If you have had you gas service disconnected chances are that it is a simple fix to get your service reconnected before your home plumbing pipes start to freeze and ruputure inside your walls. We had a call several days ago where our customer’s gas service was interupted due to a flex line going to the hot water tank as shown in the photo.
