Rheem Control Circuit Board 6224268 or 1012-925
This is the circuit board used in the Rheem furnace models that use the hot surface igniton system. This is the part that you see glowing just before the furnace lights. There is another type that uses a spark to light the burners. This is NOT THAT BOARD. We have this in stock at our Chicago hvac parts store which is open everyday. We are open very late, so if your in need of a board on a Saturday of Sunday at 8:00pm your in luck…. We are open.

The 19W94 is used on the 80MGF and G24M series furnaces. Utica UB90 Hot Surface Ignitor/Igniter part # 550002068
Old style gets to hot
This is a hot surface igniter for the Utica high efficiency UB90-100, UB90-125, UB90-150, UB90-175 and UB90-200 boilers. These boilers have been known to have problems with premature failure due to the ignitor being too deep into the burner. As a result the manufacturer has redesigned the new ignitor to be in less of the flame thereby dramatically increasing the life of the ignitor. Utica UB90 High Efficiency Boiler
If your boiler looks like the one in the photo then chances are that you may experience ignitor problems with this boiler. Look to see if you have the grey draft inducer motor or the black one which is also a problem with the Utica boiler model UB90’s. The grey draft inducers can cause excessive vibration causing too much noise. The factory will send you a kit to absorb the vibration. If you have a black draft inducer then you do not have to worry about this problem ecause the black assemblies haev the correct shock absorbers on them. This is avery large and long ignitor or igniter. It is important that you use the new replacement ignitor because the old style had issues and it has been redesigned.
These ignitors are also used in other furnace and boiler equipment manufacturers. Give us a call and tell us what your make and model is and we will cross reference it in our hvac cross refence database to see which one will work for your application. Here is a picture of the part. The old one is on the top while the revised unit is on the bottom of the page. The igniter for the 90 series boilers has been redesigned to provide improved life expectancy. The change
involved relocation of the mounting bracket thereby reducing the insertion depth. This allows the igniter to
operate at lower temperatures while achieving the same flame signal. The bracket is offset from the end of
the igniter by 1”. Photo 1 depicts the original style igniter. Photo 2 is the newly redesigned igniter. The new
igniter is a direct replacement and no modification or re-wiring is needed.
